Two Sparrows offers a variety of skill based and dance based class. We offer all levels classes as well as beginner, intermediate, and advanced class options. If you are unsure of what class level is appropriate, please call or email us and we would be glad to assist you!

Intro to Pole
Discover the art, strength, and beauty of pole dance in this 3-week instructor-led course, perfect for absolute beginners. No prior dance or aerial experience is required—just an open mind and a willingness to move. Each week, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals, starting with dance and body movement, then progressing to basic spins, grips, and beginner tricks on the pole. This supportive and empowering environment is designed to help you build confidence, coordination, and strength while having fun and exploring your unique style.

Pole Levels
Pole Tricks – Level 0 (Beginner)
Step into the exciting world of pole dance! This class focuses on the foundations of pole dancing and movement around the pole. You’ll learn essential pole spins, beginner climbs, and foundational tricks and holds that set the stage for your pole journey.

Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Pole or prior beginner pole experience.

Pole Tricks – Level 1 (Intermediate)
It’s time to take your skills to the next level! Explore creative combos that blend spins, tricks, and transitions on both static and spin pole—both on the floor and in the air. You’ll work on inverts, choppers, and leg hangs to build strength and confidence.

Prerequisites: Must have a solid 3 climbs and be able to enter a knee pit hold aerially.

Pole Tricks – Level 2/3 (Advanced)
Push your limits with high-level aerial combinations designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, and stamina. This class focuses on fluid, dynamic sequences that take your pole artistry to new heights.

Prerequisites: Must have a solid invert, plus strong inside and outside leg hangs.


Pole Flow
Find your rhythm and unleash your creativity in our Pole Flow classes! This all-levels session focuses on connecting spins, tricks, and transitions into smooth, fluid combinations both on and around the pole. You’ll explore musicality, floorwork, and expressive movement, building confidence in your personal dance style.
Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Pole or prior pole experience is required.
Lyra
Lyra – Beginner
No prior experience required! Join us every Monday night for our Beginner Lyra class and discover the magic of aerial hoop. You’ll learn the foundations of Lyra, including basic mounts, poses, and transitions, while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air. Perfect for anyone ready to take flight for the first time!
Lyra – Intermediate
Take your aerial hoop skills to new heights! In our Intermediate Lyra class, you’ll work on beautiful combos that blend foundational movements with more advanced tricks and transitions. Develop fluidity, creativity, and strength as you explore dynamic sequences and graceful shapes in the hoop.


Aerial Sling
Aerial Sling (also called Hammock) is a beautiful blend of strength, grace, and creativity! Using a loop of aerial fabric suspended from the ceiling, you’ll learn how to flow through poses, wraps, drops, and sequences that combine the artistry of dance with the excitement of aerial acrobatics.
This apparatus offers both the support of fabric and the freedom of aerial movement, making it an excellent choice for beginners while still offering endless possibilities for advanced students. In class, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore shapes, transitions, and dynamic skills in the sling.
