My Story
In the fall of 2018, I started my journey into the world of pole dancing. At the time, my 4 kids were all teenagers and needing me less and less, I wanted to find something I could do for myself that would be both physical and fun. That is when I discovered Pole Fitness, the moment my hands touched the pole I knew pole dancing would become my passion, and boy did it ever!

In 2019, I began travelling to studios across the State, from Richmond to Sterling to refine my craft. As my passion for pole grew it became my goal to share my passion for pole with the Fredericksburg community.

Two Sparrow's Aerial Dance strives to provide a place for members to feel welcomed and inspired.
We build upon the foundations and skills of pole dancing, while exploring your own personal creativity and artistic expression.
