This workshop is NOT suitable for Intro to Pole or very beginner students. βΈοΈ What's included? π₯ A warmup + ankle conditioning to get you ready to move π¦Ά A mini anatomy lesson exploring edgework, including different points of contact on your sandals and how to engage your feet, ankles, arms, and hips π Edgework choreography + flow, where you'll learn foundational steps or refine your existing skills in: β¨ Carving β¨ Edging β¨ Skating β¨ Grinding Whether you're building your edgework foundation or looking to polish the skills you already have, this workshop is all about technique, control, and bringing that extra β¨ EXXXOTIC β¨ energy to your movement. Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
