pole tricks, conditioning and technique. must have a solid invert, outside and inside leg hang, and hip hold / learn inverted and upright ascended tricks / combine tricks together on static and spinning pole / focus on movement, stamina, and control.

Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
