Mantis Moves
90 Minute Workshop
Available spots
Service Description
Mantis Moves Sunday, November 1st | 12:30 PM | 90 Minutes Ready to get out of your head and let your body take the lead? Mantis Moves is an invitation to release expectations, surrender to the music, and explore movement through sensation rather than focusing on how it looks. In this 90-minute workshop, we'll dive into continuous movement and explore what happens when we let go of overthinking and allow ourselves to simply feel. Through self-prompting, partner work, imagery, and active listening, you'll discover new ways to connect with your body, move intuitively, and embrace the freedom of being fully present in the moment. This is your chance to let go of perfection, quiet your inner critic, and get a little weird! There's no right or wrong way to move—just an opportunity to explore, experiment, and see where the music takes you. All levels welcome! Prerequisite: An open mind and a willingness to get weird. 🖤
