Learn base work tricks around the pole. Includes, headstands, forearm stands, handstands, shoulder stands, chest stands, kips, and flips with the pole. knee pads required, boots recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
