Into the Shadows: Chair Edition Sunday, August 23 | 1:00 PM 90 Minutes | $45 per person Step into the spotlight—and the shadows—in this sensual chair-based movement workshop designed to help you explore confidence, expression, and your unique style. There are no counts to memorize and no set choreography to follow. Instead, you'll have 90 seconds of sultry music to move at your own pace, discover captivating shapes, experiment with light and shadow, and connect with your body in a way that feels authentic to you. Whether you're experienced or simply looking to explore a new side of your movement, this workshop offers a supportive, judgment-free space to play, create, and embrace your inner confidence. Guidance, prompts, and movement suggestions will be available throughout, while leaving plenty of room for your own personal expression. Come as you are, take a seat, and step Into the Shadows.

Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
