Ready to level up your sling journey? Our Intermediate Sling class is designed for students who are comfortable with foundational wraps, inversions, and basic sequencing — and are craving more challenge, creativity, and flow. In this class, you’ll explore: 💫 Dynamic transitions and layered wraps 💫 Higher-level drops, rolls, and balances 💫 Smooth, connected pathways that blend strength with artistry 💫 Longer sequences that build endurance, power, and confidence Your instructor will guide you through safe progressions while encouraging personal style and expression. Expect a blend of technique, conditioning, and choreo that pushes your skills in a supportive, uplifting environment. Prerequisite: Beginner Sling & instructor approval. Perfect for: Students ready to expand their vocabulary, refine technique, and move with more intention and control. Please wear leggings, socks and a sleeved or long sleeve shirt to class. Please avoid zippers, buttons or jewelry that could snag the fabric.

Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
