Holiday Heels & Steel: An All Levels Lyra Holiday Flow Class Join us for a festive and fun-filled Lyra (aerial hoop) class with a holiday twist! In this all-levels class, we'll explore a variety of graceful and dynamic movements on the Lyra, incorporating beautiful flows and sequences inspired by the Christmas season. Whether you're a seasoned aerialist or new to the hoop, this class is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all. Heels are welcome but not required. Feel free to add a touch of sparkle and sass to your practice with your favorite pair of heels, or keep it comfortable in your bare feet or socks. What to expect: * A warm-up to prepare your body for aerial movement * Foundational Lyra skills and techniques * A flowing sequence of poses and transitions with a holiday theme * Modifications and variations offered to suit all levels * A supportive and encouraging environment to explore your creativity and have fun! Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
