Service Description
Are you read to start working towards going upside-down on the pole, if so this class is for you! In this class we will focus on conditioning and techniques of inverting both ascending from the ground and descending from a climb. This class will work on both static and spinning pole. *Prerequisite for Level 2

Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
