Defying Gravity is designed to help polers of all shapes and sizes discover accessible inversion techniques that don’t rely on a straight-leg chopper. In this workshop, you’ll gain strength through invert conditioning and explore several ways to get upside down, both from the floor and aerially. Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
