Beginner Sling Curious about aerial but not sure where to start? Our Beginner Sling class is the perfect introduction! The aerial sling (also called hammock) is a loop of fabric that supports and uplifts you while you learn the foundations of aerial movement. In this class, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore basic poses, climbs, balances, and gentle sequences. No experience is needed—just bring a willingness to try something new and have fun! The sling offers extra support, making it a welcoming option for complete beginners while still giving you that magical “flying” experience. Come ready to laugh, move, and discover what your body is capable of! Please wear leggings, socks and a sleeved or long sleeve shirt to class. Please avoid zippers, buttons or jewelry that could snag the fabric.

Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
